Maybe not the “gifted” ones that RG gave the DA but he did give the technology to make new ones and they could be just like a normal marine. Then the primaris could go through the whole induction and go through the proper steps in learning the truth of the DA. I have a feeling that primaris jetbikes and TDA is coming (no evidence to support this) and how cool would it be to see a Darkshroud flanked by 2 groups of jetbikes?! Yes please!
