I realized that it doesn't matter if the Corvus Blackstar kills Chapter Tactics for the detachment because the vehicles don't benefit from it anyway. And since they all have the Adeptus Astartes keyword it is still a post-FAQ legal detachment. Funny enough, I wonder if this couldn't be more efficient with a Deathwatch Battalion instead, especially considering the upgrades to a lot of Primaris units in the form of Mission Tactics and SIA... Might try it with a pair of Blackstars. Oh, and the Sgt with the power fist has it for thematic reasons.
