We just dont have anything cheap to unlock it outside of maybe FW rapiers. Probably a Mortis dread is the best option to fill in the gap.What do you mean mandatory slot? It requires you to take one non relic of the same detachment slot per relic. The Leviathan is a relic. There's only two non-FW HS units available in the codex: Land Raider(godhammer, redeemer, crusader) or Primaris Hellblasters, anything else is FW or index.
