THUNDERFISTS
If you had an extra second fist, how feasible would it be to make the Gallant a "boxer" with dual fists? Obviously counts as only, a la rule of cool. Having never built a Knight before I just don't know the building logistics associated with the arms to know if it would be a wise investment for a fun conversion. Any tips? NovemberIX
It'll depend on your skill level and comfort with re-sculpting parts, the fist has a "thumb" that makes it specifically the left hand (right if viewed from the front), modifying that necessitates modifying the armor cover that goes over it as well. Otherwise it fits right onto the weapon mounting gimbal/joint regardless of side. I know there's a couples of sites out there selling conversion pieces, but I don't know if anyone has done an opposing fist yet. StraightSilver
If you don't mind building/converting your own this would be a good way to do it:https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.735501709802439.1073741909.152294311456518&type=1 Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/347859-knight-gallant-with-double-fists-conversion-question/#findComment-5102114 Share on other sites

Sword Brother Adelard
Dredging up the past, but with the new Chaos Knight having a RIGHT gauntlet, has this now entered the realms of possibility? Fajita Fan
If you have to cut off a thumb and reposition it I’d imagine it would look better to cut all the fingers and make it a closed fist. That would cover up the first knuckle you’d be creating which would be the hardest part of the conversion. I’m on mobile, where are you OP? Naryn
Dredging up the past, but with the new Chaos Knight having a RIGHT gauntlet, has this now entered the realms of possibility? I’ve been thinking the same thing. The only problem is that the chaos knight only comes with the chaotic armor plate for the fist, not an unmutated gothic one to match the left hand. I’m not sure how I’m going to work around this yet; maybe leave the armor panels off entirely? Sword Brother Adelard
Yeah, I was looking at the sprue the other day. It also seems to have two of the fingers built into the cover as well...
