This is What my minimal requirement to complete is for the coming week; reivers, smash captain and 2 last bikes (which brings the bikes up to 12). I really would like to complete a Khan on bike as well.

Thanks man! I really want to paint him up! I have spent some time today magnetizing the bikes weaponry since plasmabikers is incredibly expensive in points in 30k. I also gathered around the bits for my Khan on bike which Will be assembled tonight.

Thanks man! Yeah i cant wait to paint them! The whites are all done on them. Tomorrow ill start with the details. Tonight i did two reivers and continued on the first of 13 jetbikes.

Those Reivers look so good. 

 

I'm using 5 right now with Knives and Pistols (Sarge has Bolt Carbine + Knife) and I've been trying to hold up tanks with them in CC. Not bad... just cheap enough to fit into my lists right now.

Your painting skills are noticeably improving. How will you decorate the Scars' bases? May I suggest charred bones on the thunder hammer-wielding Assault Marine's base (the jump pack's exhaust set the bones on fire), to contrast his bone-white mask?

Nice. Gotta get that hammer in there. The games I've recently played that hammer is incredibly potent but really needs help with rerolls. I've had it completely flash as well, then the unit is instantly targeted.

Agreed. My Intercessors with Hammer Sergeant are unbelievably more dangerous than with even just fists. Thunderhammers are simply the perfect weapon apart from the -1 to hit and, at least for me as BA, that's only a minor problem due to how many attacks I get. :sweat:

Started on the Veterans. This particular legionary duelled Sigismund himself. The bout went on for three minutes before Zain-gai was disarmed. Since then he adopted the chained to hand chainsword, swearing never to get disarmed again.

Reading about Sigismund through out the series, and now with the attack on terra, I've gained (even more) respect for him, and anyone that can hang with him for even 3 minutes. :tu:

Yeah Sigismund is a superlative warrior! Very cool character!

 

Worked on one of the last bikers tonight and more on the command squad. Of special note is the standard bearer Zuai-ren. Terran born and wielding the, for the scars unusual power fist. On his left grieve he displays the combat honor of destroying a dreadnought. He is the only one in the brotherhood with this honor, and it will continue to be that way, since the legion artificers found it particularly difficult to paint that pattern
