Oh boy, this gentleman might be my favorite yet. The word "immovable" comes to mind, the mk3 and breacher shield, the weathering and battle damage. This man has seen some serious stuff and did not give an inch!

Thanks alot brother! Yes he has put his life in the emperors hands and lived through a 1000 battles!

Almost 2 Tactical squads (minus the seargants and basing) and the veteran squad done! Sooon its time for their transports!

Looking good. The old school marines suitably grimy and battle-weathered.

Thanks alot man! Yes, they have been through everything!

Tonights progress. The two sgts of the tactical squads. Only bases and eyelenses left. After those are done i got 2 squads done. They will need some rhinos to ride in!

Your army looks cool, really personal whit all the mix of bits, no 2 marines are equal, thats the good stuff!.

Thanks alot! Yes im trying to achieve an Army that has been through much, with dirty armour and a mix of armour-types.

I plan to use those in 30k as well as 40k. I think im going to try and paint some primaris in the same style to add to the 40k-part of the army.

They're looking good. I like the gashes on the primaris legs. Are they physical cuts, or just paint effects?

Also, was looking back at some things. For the honor markings, are you usually blocking the whole armor panel in one color, then painting the other color's triangles over it?

Thanks alot brother! Yes im painting white as maincolour and then carefully paint the red shapes, if i do a mistake its easy to correct with white painted or weathered away with sponging
