Stormxlr
Its still work in progress in regards to painting. I chopped up the front part with modellers saw and sprue clippers then rebuilt the gun housing with plasticard. Sadly I didnt bother to make the Assault Cannon replaceable for Heavy Bolter. Now the profile of the ship makes a lot more sense in my opinion. Its much more symetrical and doesnt look like the antigrav engine would have to compensate for being much heavier at the nose tip. Also it didnt make sense for him to be there to begin with. Since there is a cockpit right behind him and clearly the pilot is not inside but in the open. Why does DS need 4 guys to operate it? I dont know. I have shelfed my DA for now and focusing on Necromunda and Adeptus Titanicus but i will eventually come back to finish painting this model. Its probably my favorite model from DA range after I converted it.
