It looks like something out of one of the mad realm of chaos books from back in the day, but with a modern detailed model and a great paint scheme. One of those things that starts off as a joke and ends up becoming it's own weird thing...I thought I could make something ridiculous and menacing at the same time and it hasn't quite worked out...good thing I have another couple heads to swap in.... I did use it in a quick game yesterday and my friend thought it was hilarious and quite distracting, so it's got that going for it...annnd, since your obviously a fan of the dude, I was trying to channel The Jesus when I came up with the paint scheme, beacuse nobody f**ks with The Jesus man.
