They were exiled from the Iron Hands Chapter planet because they took the other side in the Moirae Scism. If they're anything like the Iron Hands themselves, then they'll hold in contempt any and all who aren't one of their own- and their battle cry, "Purge the weak!" suggests this IS the case.
