MasterHQ
I dont often add new models to my collection any more, but lately Centurions have caught my eye. Here's the question: Are they worth taking? I know that they are not too tier and are too expensive for what they do, but does combining them with Iron Hands chapter tactica and an Apothecary make them more useful by making them more survivable? Dumah
I say go for it! With the Beta Bolter rule especially, hurricane bolter Cents will put out some pain at range and Apothecary + Chapter Tactics will make them quite the beef cakes. You could throw in an Ancient too, so even when they DO die, they can unload some pain and take some Heretics with them! Daimyo-Phaeron Lenoch
And then of course the apothecary raises them up again to shoot even more. B) Iron hands multiwound models are incredibly hard to shift. Throw them in cover, and maybe support them with this new Obscurus discipline librarian (depending on his powers) and laugh as buckets of firepower bounce off them.
