Saint Celestine WIP

This is the first model I've painted in well over a year, and I thought I'd share the start to finish.  Except the cloth, it's all base coated, and the flowers are going to be recolored in purple.  Opinions/critiques always welcome as long as they are constructive!

That's quite unique! I'm always a sucker for quartered schemes.

The yellow on the cloak is looking really nice, good richness and warmth to it.

 

On the other areas, the paint looks a bit thick, a couple of thin coats will be better than a thick one.

Thanks, y'all.  My light is pretty awful, the grey is a very thin coat and the red is three thin layers.

Worked on the red tonight, but the light is a bit harsh on it, so here's a side by side to show that It's actually differentlol

Reworked the red a bit and managed to finish the white, it doesn't look half bad

You're making good progress. The red, white, and yellow paints are well-applied. I would recommend painting the joints a different color, though; as is, they look like bare skin.
