Can I ask what penalties are? I saw there was some for DW and didn't realise they existed.

Well, if someone completes some vows but fails to complete his/her next one the all previous vows get subtracted from the total completed points, affecting the completion rate as well. These points that get subtracted are called “penalties” for lack of a better term...
