More pics in my WIP thread. That's three parts of the vow complete (2 command squads & TP with power sword and command rod) and three left: Tempestor Prime with powerfist and plasma pistol and the two valkyries.

The 4 guys with  flamers can be a Militarum Tempestus Command Squad , but threes is no  direct equivalent of the Quad Mortars 

 

 

I know its now irrelevant as your vows are done and they are Out of competition

 

But the Forgeworld Index :Forces of the Astra Militarum does contain 

Heavy Mortar Battery

and 

Heavy Quad Launcher Battery

Hi guys,

 

I've had some extremely serious unforeseen family developments over the last 6 weeks and have not had any hobby time. These issues will be preventing me from having any hobby time going forward for the foreseeable future, so I'm not going to be able to complete my vow for the ETL. I'm sorry to let the Astra Militarum down!

Lovely models GuardDaddy and I'm a big fan of the grey :tu: The transfers and painted details look grand too, nice work!

 

Chimeras are awesome models so if you can do an out of competition vow that would be neat CommissarZac - who doesn't like seeing more painted models? :D

Sorry about some of the pics being dark. I have bought a light box, but my camera seems to be hit and miss on adjusting to the bright light levels and seems to darken some of the images! I hope pictures will improve when I get my setting sorted

 

I am really pleased how the converted Cadian mortars came out. These models were in bad shape after a difficult paint stripping process. But with new arms and heads plus a fresh coat of paint and they look much better.

 

I know its late in the event, but if there is time I want to try and squeese another vow in! I have a bunch of characters that meed attention...
