Seems you're footslogging your suzerains, those guys are top-three infantry unit in the whole game (having consistent AP2 at initiative), footslogging those means your opponent will focus fire and wipe them out early game before they reach into close combat.

Three jetbikes with heavy bolters will not accomplish much (9 heavy bolter shots from that unit will do nada against other legion, custodes or mechanicum lists, only if your opponent runs solar aux. or militia they will come handy). I suggest you increase these to 6 bikes and run them as skyslayers with volkite culverins, that will give you 24x S6 shots that will be more useful compared to the insignificant heavy bolter shots. These six bikes you fly around and focus on infantry, make sure you stay out of close combat with them, just dance around the enemy units and hose them down with volkite (the are tougher to take out shooting than close combat being T5 2+).

Opponent deep strikers (especially now with the new warmonger consul) will focus on taking out your sicarans early game as they have low AP from sides and rear. I suggest skipping the regular sicaran and do the following changes:

Get a dreadclaw and reduce your suzerains to 8, also give two of them thunder hammers, put your preator and a medic in this squad and put the squad in the dreadclaw. This unit is your universal problem solver. With the dreadclaw they can reach the whole table early game, they are protected against shooting (compared to footslogging across the battlefield) and can threat pretty much anything (landraiders, leviathans, deathstars etc).

Increase your scimitar jetbike squad to six and change them to skyslayers with 6x volkite culverins, these will focus on taking out your opponent's footsloggers.

Also onsider ditching your command rhino too with master of signal and use the points for one or two javelins with twin linked CML, multimelta and 2x hunter killer missiles each if you can fit in the points. The javelins with the above mentioned configuration are more versatile (can threat vehicles, leviathans, heavy and light infantry) and give more bang for the buck compared to a master of signal sitting in a damocles.

The advice Imren gives on the jetbikes and on the Suzerain is sound, but ...

... in a Logos Lectora one cannot deploy units by DS, so no Dreadclaw.

... a Damocles or a MoS are necessary as a second compulsory HQ choice.

WolfLogic, if you're intend on running the Lectora and utilising the units you listed above, I'd drop the jetbikes and the Damocles, attach the MoS to one of your infantry units, and then get a Phobos as a ride for your Suzerain and Praetor. They will still be a huge fire magnet, but at least will enjoy AV 14 protection for a turn or two. Also, assault vehicle.

In general, to be honest, I'm more of a fan of ten-strong Tacs in Rhinos, as opposed to footsloggers.

Another take on the Logos Lectora is what I call the 'Jump Lectora', using Assault Squads instead of Tacs. Yes, they won't be able to DS, but will do great with the Lectora special rules, especially if you run a couple Contemptors alongside them (as Dreadnoughts also benefit from Lectora rules). Just food for thoughts.

I’ve been trying to rework this list a bit given the advice I’ve received here and on Reddit. I’m thinking of going with a Venator over the Standard Sicaran for one. I do have a question about what you’ve suggested for the Master if Signal though. If all of my Tac Squads are in Rhinos, how will he be attached to them?

What do you think of this revised list? The Contemptor was the last thing added to fill a slot of 175pts, I’m not sure if that’s the best choice considering I could get rid of the Plasma Pistol on the Master of Signal, the Hunter Killer Missile on the Venator, and the Sponsons on the Arcus for up to an additional 40pts but that was the best I could come up with at the moment. Let me know if I should change it for something better. Also I’m pretty sure this list is legal under the Logos Lectora rite of war since the Praetor doesn't directly have a tank attributed to him, but not completely clear on that.
