Very nice, smooth crisp painting. I thought i spied a lego stud in the WIP pic of this guy, wyould that be accurate?

 

Also if you don't mind me asking where did you get the bionic leg from, I would be quite interested to know for my Iron Hands I'm currently working on.

CLASSIC! Great conversion and final paint job is so clean and great. Pose really is amazing creating a slight twist of motion in an otherwise static model and as others have said truly pays tribute to the original near and dear to my memories in the 1990s.

 

Where did his right fist/gauntlet come from ??

@ Yosef Hausakluif: The gauntlet came from a Khorne Berserker, and was originally holding a chainaxe. I trimmed it away, and added some mechanical looking parts with green stuff. I'm not the best sculptor but it came out ok.

Spaced; that’s what I thought; the added bionic knuckles were just the right touch!

 

You make me wanna cut up my Dark Imperium Intercessors (In a good way!) and convert them to be more individualized.

 

Taking Inspiration from older models of the Space Marine may be a great way to do it; thanks for the cool ideas!
