Scribe
BL's policy of "everything is canon and nothing is canon" is essentially a licence for authours to come up with their own interpretions Indeed so, and is how we have 5 versions of certain Primarchs, leading to a far worse product than we could have had. RandyB
BL's policy of "everything is canon and nothing is canon" is essentially a licence for authours to come up with their own interpretions Indeed so, and is how we have 5 versions of certain Primarchs, leading to a far worse product than we could have had. It also avoids the need for a story editor to keep the authors corralled. And it definitely thwarts the self-appointed loremasters among the readers and fans. b1soul
Self-appointed loremasters can be thwarted regardless I think the policy is fine for the universe at large, not so much for a series like the HH...they could've struck a better balance between flexibility and consistency
