I think it's due to the volume of traffic they have after the announcement they are taking orders again. But yes, likewise.

I must've missed that one. I know they're looking at opening some of their stores but didn't see anything about ordering online and I need some FW shoulder pads.

There was a leaked email to vendors to prepare orders, but still no firm date for reopening the warehouses.

Nothing you can do except wait for the WHC team to get it sorted, as it's entirely their side. Someone might be getting a slapped wrist, but they're definitely be working on it :P
