I enjoy reading things like this and always appreciate the effort.

One issue I have always had with tier lists, which may seem minor, is army type.

Focus on the long fangs vs gun tank discussion. I understand the arguments, and agree, but for me a big part of it has to take into account the focus of the rest of the list. If you are running a vehicle rush/blitz then I think I'd 100 percent lean toward a gun tank as higher tier than a Dev squad because of good ol target saturation. Flip side, if you are going to field infantry heavy such as infiltrators and incursors and outflanking units, then I'd rather have long fangs, and id probably rate them higher than the hunter(s).

Details like that just add more work to a tier guide but I think it's important to consider, like some have.

I always think about how no unit is in a vacuum, and same as special characters, it's important to think about overall list type. They'll have different rankings for different styles.
