Yeah and I don't fancy trying to convert them either!

I'm really hoping for a full kit. 3 models in the entire army to represent my Destroyer Cult doesn't quite work...

On a different note, Heavy Destroyers get away with it through virtue of being a less dynamic type unit. They're aiming and firing. Though melee troops need adjustment.

I have 40 Indomitus warriors, its really hard to tell unless you group the duplicates together. Theres so many spare heads even a debt here or there helps. For the 3 extra skorpekh, the two dual wielding, its easy to change the angles of their arms by trimming the peg and using a small bit of green stuff.

Or by being dumb like me and accidentally swapping torsos and cutting to fit like ‘shouldn’t these parts snap together?’

The answer is no :P. They can be brute-forced with a knife and some glue, if you’re desperate to repose them but I don’t recommend it.

Even with just repeats of the one set Warriors have more variety than before, don't they?

First skim over the new Codex looks promising, I think I'll quite enjoy playing my current collection let alone some of the new stuff. Whip coils changed to doubling a Wraith's attacks (though a weaker profile), I may just play the couple I have with them as is for some versatility. That Nightbringer too, just wow. I know at 350 points it's a big investment but holy smokes that's a fearsome combat unit.

It is a shame the new boxes have the same sprues. Aren't the new Bladeguard different from the ones in Indomitus?

Yes, but they are on a mixed sprue so need a separate sprue. I imagine that if they release Outriders they will be the ones from Indomitus/Starter sets. Now the Assault Intercessors being a new box, that's a different matter, although that's probably just to put all the Sergeant options in one place with no Chapter markings.

It would still have been nice if the Skorpekh Destroyers had a couple more arm/head options, but converting will have to do!

I was thinking about building my second set and then chopping the arms off at the shoulder ball and just pinned them to a different body, but I don't know how well that'll work

Also re: the codex being the same number of pages, the pages are actually bigger. The book is like half inch wider and quarter inch taller than previous codex

For those disappointed that we didn't get a new Lokhust Destroyer Lord, and who want to convert their own, ajchvy2 on the Necrontyr reddit converted this by just using the Lokhust kit, a res orb from the CCB, Lychguard arms, and the Skorpekh Lord's head. I think it looks great:
