I don't think Battlescribe has worked out the Command Points correctly. But here goes my first attempt for a 9th Edition Deathwing list.

Ok, question: are you running double vanguard because you want to run Azrael+Bel+Ezy?

In any case if I had to say I'd drop a few DWK for a 5 man DW termies ( you'd need a couple of points, maybe from the chainfist), because 10 obsec troops are a bit few imho.

And I echo Ramael, why Belial? Are you going thematic, or it's the models you want to run?

Just take a dw command squad of 2 (or more) and you'll be able to fit everything in one detachment. Belial+Azrael seems like an odd combo.

I also think Belial is redundant when you already have Azrael in the list. I'm also going to point out the Deathwing Champion, while cool in concept, really isn't bringing much to the table when you have so much beatdown capability in this list. I would field maybe 1 Dreadnought with long-range weapons as a backfield objective holder and use the points from Belial, the Champion, and the other Dread to field a couple 5-man Terminator Squads, just with the basic equipment, to give you something to deep strike to disrupt your opponents' backlines.
