Hi!
Lacking enough vanilla bikes to justify taking a ravenwing detachment, I think this is the best I can do now. Any suggestions on what to get to improve the list is appreciated. I'm a bit into relic termies due to the obsec and looking cool.

I've tried to compensate for the lack of obsec with both rites of war and steadfast example. (they should also stack if I'm correct?)
I also tried to compensate for the lack of a chaplain with the WL trait decisive tactician so the termies get a slightly better charge.
Any feedback is appreciated, I've only played 9th at the very release, then covid struck again..

I'd probably spend the CP to get selfless healer on the Apothecary, as it'll pay for itself over the game

Vulshra is right the RW Apothecary and selfless healer is a must take, straight sacrifice the corvus hammers on the second RKBK squad for that to give yourself the points!

 

I'm ponder this for my own DW list, how can you get more -1 to hit? Something you might want to think on?

 

Really I think any changes should depend on what secondaries you want to run?

 

Don't forget the Dreadnought strat, wisdom? To get reroll 1s when the RW HQ's head off from the termies

You don't need to pay any points for selfless healer, just a command point, so no need to cut the hammers.

 

As for more -1, if you also have a ravenwing detachment, you can take the speeder with the -1 to hit aura.

Thanks for the input guys! Selfless healer it is! I hope I'll be able to try this out not too far in the future. I haven't seen much talk about the dark shroud, do you think it's viable in 9th with non stackable to hit modifiers?

I'll be honest, i haven't gotten a game in since 2019, so not sure on the dark shroud, but from my analysis of it, it seems like it's more of a distraction carnifex unless you can keep it both on bubble for other units and out of LoS, but I could he totally wrong
