Sicaran for wolves

What are people's thoughts on the Sicaran, specifically I am looking at the standard variant. 

 

6 shots with a 3 wound weapon on a fast vehicle, backed up with 3 heavy bolters, all wrapped up in a 14 wound 2+ package. I am surprised I don't see more on it if I am honest. I'll admit it's a little expensive, but is there anyone who can point out any really negative points about it?

I havent gotten a chance to run mine in 9th yet but im with ya, it seems decent enough.
