It worked rather well, but I did thin the Black Templar with 50/50 Contrast Medium as I wasn't sure how well the metal would show through. I ended up doing two coats and still getting a reasonable black metal look. MegaVolt87 Posted June 29, 2021 Share Posted June 29, 2021 If you don't want to thin, apply multiple thinner coats with less on your brush. you could go progressively darker to the centre of a panel and lighter at edges. Would take forever though, but look great.
