Regarding the Exhalted Champion, I am confused for something I read in the leak. It says "Power Axe and Combi-Melta as equipped in the model, equipment cannot be change".

It is fine for me as my Exhalted Champion accidentally has exactly this loadout... but...what "model"? I know only the Dark Vengeance one and there's no Combi-Melta.

i think the combi-melta on its backpack

Yep.

Very weird to be using this model, which hasn't been available for a while now, and even comes with the 'wrong' base size on the sprue itself.

We can expect a reboxing hence

I dont think he will be reboxed , he was to old , and have 25mm base impelemted in sprue

We could see a new kit. In the rumored releases, there's a distinct lack of character kits.

GW in recent releases has liked releasing characters like that (see BTs with four, Eldar with three if you count the Warlocks as one, etc.). I think they must have a pretty high margin of return given their current price, so are pretty lucrative.

Would postulate we might see two or three single character models to go with the rest of the kits.

Hmmm yes, I made mine out the Lord with the hammer, just replaced his pistol with the combi and the hammer head with an axe head. (I replaced the head with a helmeted one as well, because marines without a helmet are just dumb!)

CSM legionaries (5-10) ...

Hello. It turns out that the Legionnaires unit will not have the LEGIONARY ANOINTED option?

The Kill Team sprues are Kill Team sprues not back door 40k sprues.

Sisters Novitates and Ork Kommandos are also missing all the specialists in their 40k rules.

GW change direction mid edition all the time but adding in random upgrades would go against how Genestealer Metamorphs lost their specific weapon types.

Well we better get a dual wielding options with rule support like the Eldar did.

The guy's armour is significantly more ornate than the average legionary, so we can assume he is either a lord or some other type of character. Maybe those DO get the option to carry 2 CC weapons? I doubt troops will.

I'm curious, with the addition of the <AGENT OF CHAOS> keyword from the Chaos Knights codex, if that is how including Cult Marines will work from now on. Would allow you to take them from their current book and still keep mono-faction, but I imagine there will be a limit on how many units you could take as Agents (I want to say that Agent of the Imperium is 1 per detachment)

Chris, can you clarify the Lord Discordant's cursing ability?
Do you roll to deal mortal wounds in every single command phase? Or just one player's command phase?

Your post implied that it was every single command phase, but I want to make sure.

I think it makes the most sense in the chaos player's command phase. I'm curious if there's a range limit.

-ability to wound vehicules: you can corrupt a vehicule: roll a d6 for every wound that a vehicule has on a 6s=1MW (maximum of 6)

-if you kill an ennemy vehicule in melee you can corrupt 2 different vehichles instead of just 1. The double corruption ability is gained for the rest of the game.

Do you have info on which phase the corruption ability occurs in?

Will ask but, but its up to twice a turn.

This makes me think its every single command phase. But he could also just be reiterating that you can curse up to twice per turn.

The the next post he says

"Its in the command phase"

Temper your expectations brothers, the same artist took a large chunk of artistic liberty with both the Ademch and GSC codexes. The weapons and dudes you see on the cover are very unlikely to get rules. I kinda prefer that, let my imagination and kitbashing mind run wild

The art is super rad and a nice change of scene from the old art. I look forward to seeing more from this book
