Converted my first intercessor squad to 4th company. Yep, I'm doing 4th now, which is the company I originally wanted to do for my Dark Angels!

... and altered my Company Master's tilt shield to reflect the iconography of The Feared (4th Company).

His right knee pad is one of those icons for something witchy, spooky,  and secret order-ish in the Dark Angels thats comprised of veterans from the original crusade force that served under Guilliman. lol. I'll repeat it here and there on primaris.

Bah. I converted my crop of painted Dark Angels to the 3rd Company, the "Merciless." ... for multiple reasons ;)

I like his model a lot better without the two Watchers. It is no longer "cluttered" ... I plan to use him often in games :)

I alternate between painting my Blood Angels and my Dark Angels. Those are my two Ride or Die 40k armies & collections.  I definitely prefer a more darker Dark Angel model. I think you can still go through Warpstone Green, and Moot Green without making them look like Tron characters. But you have to stay away from the outlining technique.  

 

I'll be getting Azrael up here real soon.

Thanks! I had to go little lighter on Azrael but the way I used the final edge highlight of Moot Green he doesn't look like a Tron character! Used it more as dots in the corners, on the very highest points, and as very thin fine edging.

 

I think I may paint my predator annihilator next? I need some anti-tank!
