Does the Ordo Xenos Warlord Trait Esoteric Lore fall under the restriction of only being able to garner 1 command point per Battle Round?

It looks exactly like all the ones that do full under that restriction so I guess so.

I think so too. I have tried this one before and while you do get the chance to get several CPs, I have only ever had it break even. I have never actually managed to turn a profit from it.
