Recon Sweep

Hey guys,

 

So I'm a bit confused with the Recon Sweep strat. If you start markerlights at the start of the movement phase (and pathfinders can do it at the end) then how can you use the Recon Sweep strat if it says use this in your shooting phase? Am I missing something or does GW need to errata this one?

The markerlight action is normally performed at the start of the movement phase and completes at the start of the next shooting phase. However Pathfinders can begin the action at the end of the movement phase however this does not change when it completes which is during the shooting phase which is when the stratagem can be used. Basically, the stratagems "trigger" is the completion of the action, not the starting of it.
