Captain, Ancient in Impulsors with Bladeguard, Assault Intercessors in the Executioner. Chaplain rides with the Impulsors, hopefully the Executioner survives just ling enough. Incursors are a distraction and work to remove chaff. Infiltrators should be pretty tough to shift with one model ignoring AP -1 & 2. Vanguard with Sigismunds Seal can hide behind the tanks or be used as an independent cruise missile to murder a specific target. Why the Assault Intercessors with Fist of Balthus and Champion of the feast, well on the charge he can throw 10x str 8 dmg 3 at weapon skill 2.

 

I am not sure if a 5++ is enough to save vehicles. I am wondering if I should drop the Executioner for a Gladiator Reaper, Impulsor, and Primaris Lt. Figuring if I have enough vehicles it’s hard to shoot them all.

I've had success with vehicles but the executioner is probably the weakest one we've got. High cost for a low shot gun.

 

I'd drop the ancient; just very low output for the cost. I use the model as an extra bladeguard.
