Exemplar of the Promethean Creed/Warlord Trait Requisition

Hi just wondering how these interact with each other. If I’m correct the Warlord Trait Requisition, which says a character can not have more than on Warlord Trait, takes precedence and prevents the use Exemplar of the Promethean Creed, which would otherwise be able to be able to be used at the cost of one Requisition Point. Am I on the mark, or am I mistaken in my assumption?

 

Edit: reread the the Specialist Reinforcement Requisition and it answered my own question. You can’t use Exemplar of the Promethean Creed.
