Orange Knight Posted July 14, 2022 Share Posted July 14, 2022 I'm not sure it is completely "tinfoil" And I say this because the formations in 7th edition were intentionally made to be as powerful as possible, and specifically in a way to drive the most model sales. Shortly after they were all completely invalidated when 8th edition dropped. When the rules allowed you to unlock free models or weapons, you invariably bought more and ran bigger armies.
