In my last game, the emperors champion, after witnessing his fate in holy visions, charged forth from a repulsor, and pierced a leman russ battle tank with the black sword. The leman russ exploded, which did 2 mortal wounds to the baneblade right next to it. The baneblade which only had 2 wounds remaining, and proceeded to explode 7". The ensuing blast took out the emperors champion, and about half of the remaining guard forces, gaining the victory. Imperator vult.
