What are your thoughts on The Gang I've chosen and A Few of the campaigns house rules?

The group I'm a member of that I'm A Member of have decided to go with A Completely different campaign

Here's the  The Gang I've chosen and A Few of the campaigns house rules. What are your thoughts on The Gang I've chosen and A Few of the campaigns house rules?

I’m using A Escher in A Tripled Sized Outcasts Campaign, that means 3,000 Credits not the normal 1,000 Credits

That’s justified by the fact that every player is using a different gang type then giving the campaign a background were their was originally 3 gangs per type of 6 types but something happened, which is why theirs now only 1 Gang 

Regardless of what happened all 3 gangs of each type decided that in the interests of survival they’d work together with the other 2 Gangs of their type, each of the 3 Gangs lost roughly 89% of their members and the gang that each player starts with consists of the survivors of those 3 Gangs that decided that to increase their chances of survival they'll merge into 1

My group is using rules that mean that when you first recruit a character, and unlike some groups I know that use a version of this rule you aren't limited to only being able to do this when you create your gang, you can buy them experance at a cost of 10 Credits for 1D6+1 experance

Every Gang gets 1 Free Rogue Doc, 1 Free Ammo Jack, 1 Free Propagandist and 1 Free Jotunn H-Class Ogryn Servitor that isn’t guaranteed to have any upgrades but if all 6 of us agree it our free 1 Free Jotunn H-Class Ogryn Servitor that gets 1 or both of A Arc-Welder and/or Furnace Plates

All 6 of us have agreed and that means that all 6 Gangs get 1 Free Rogue Doc, 1 Free Ammo Jack, 1 Free Propagandist and 1 Free Jotunn H-Class Ogryn Servitor that has both A Arc-Welder and/or Furnace Plates

Those 4 Freebies don't count against the limit on the number you can have

But if they die and you replace them their replacements do count against the limit on the number you can have

We have change the rules so that the limit on weapons a model can own has been changed to the number he or she can use in a fight

In case your wondering my Wyld Runner is based on A Version of Katniss Everdeen from The Hunger Games and several of the things I've given her are based on very plausible, in my opinion, what-ifs

To make it fun we’ve agreed that all Gangs will start with A Reputation of 20 +1 for A Settlement or 21 and A Turf of 9, which means that ideally at the start of every week we will all get at least 90 credits

To make it even more fun we’re using stuff from more then 1 type of campaign. For example we’re using The Outlaws, Rackets and Intrigues Rules from The Law and Order Campaign and we’re also using Territories from The Original Rules and from Dominion and Uprising type campaigns

We’ve decided that all 6 of us will each start with 1 permanent Bullet Cutting Racket, 1 Settlement, 1 Smelting Works and 1 Slave Pits

We’ve changed our mind about doing A Triple sized Outcast Campaign, as a result we aren’t doing A Triple sized Outcast Campaign,

Saying that though my group unanimously agreed that it will be fun to use the rules for setting up, protecting and improving your own Outcast Settlement and for attacking and looting The other players Outcast Settlements

And

My group has unanimously agreed that The 1 Isotopic Fuel Rod and The 1 Water Still that all Outcast Settlements start with don’t count against the limit or limits on 1 or more of up to 4 Supply Structures, up to 4 Building Structures and up to 4 Defence Structures

So

Here's The Escher Gang I’ve decided that I’m going to start with

10 95 Credit Sisters that all have 1 Lasgun, 1 suit of Mesh Armour and 1 Chainsword

2 330 Credit Gang Matriarchs that both have 1 Bolt Pistol/Needle Pistol Combi Pistol, 1 Master-Crafted Stiletto Sword, 1 suit of Mesh Armour, 1 set of Krak Grenades, A Lasgun as A Back-up gun and 2D6+2 bought experance, 1 of them gets 11+2 or 13 bought experance and the other gets 9+2 or 11  bought experance

1 445 Credit Gang Queen that has 1 Bolter/Needler Combi-Weapon, 1 suit of Light Carapace Armour, 1 Power Sword, 1 Chem-Syth, 1 Laspistol as A back-up gun and she gets 9D6+9 or 44+9 or 53 bought experance

1 360 Credit Ganger promoted to Specialist that has 1 Bolter/Meltagun Combi Weapon, 1 suit of Mesh Armour, 1 Shotgun with Acid Ammo as A back-up gun and 1 Stiletto Sword and she gets 6D6+6 or 28+6 or 34 bought experance

1 280(and as she’s the only 1 that I’ve decided what advances she’s definitely getting I’ll add +120 or 400) Credit Wyld Runner that has 1 Phelynx, 1 Wyld Bow upgraded with Explosive, Acid and Poison Arrows, 1 Stiletto Knife and 1 Suit of Flak Armour and she gets 8D6+8 or 37+8 or 45 bought experance

So far she’s the only 1 that I’ve decided what advances she’s definitely getting, she’s getting 6 stat boosts and 1 Skill, the 6 stat boosts are +2 LD, +1 WS, +1 BS,  +1 S and +1 I, The Skill is A Agility Skill of my choice and I choose The Spring Up Skill

1 220 Credit Death Maiden that has 1 Venom Claw, 1 Chem-Syth, 1 suit of Mesh Armour and 1 Needle Pistol and she gets 2D6+2 or 10+2 or 12 bought experance

1 85 Credit Little Sister that has 1 Fighting Knife, 1 lot of Smoke Grenades, 1 Needle Pistol and 1 suit of Flak Armour

And

Not to mention me and the other 5 players each get 1 Free Rogue Doc, 1 Free Ammo Jack, 1 Free Propagandist and 1 Free Jotunn H-Class Ogryn Servitor that has both A Arc-Welder and/or Furnace Plates

Total

Not including the freebies or the advances

3,000 Credits

Including the freebies but not the advances

3,440 Credits

Including both the freebies and the advances

I haven’t decided yet what advances all my units are taking but I have decided on the advances Katniss/The Wyld Runner/named after Katniss Everdeen from The Hunger Games will have and that boosts it to no less then 3,560 Credits
