I think the plastic one will have the option for either with or without the access ramp. I think there's an Ultramarines one in the Loyalist book without the ramp that's also new, as it has the extra lascannon turret on top.

Yeah, I expect the kit to make regular LRPr and the Explorator version.  The only real difference physically should be the ramp vs no-ramp, and some comm gear bits.
