Its an imposter?

Greetings citizen. Please clarify your query.

It's just been suggested to me that Irradial Cogitators havent been mentioned IC yet?

I thought it had (to Bardas?) and we all know everything everyone else does?

However, if I'm wrong I'll happily cut that sentence out?

Irradials have indeed been mentioned IC. Locke has identified the Golem of Antares as such a device, at least to Bardas, in Haldane's presence, and I think Scourge was there too. For Player convenience it was assumed this was shared when everyone turned up.

Also of note: MG did mention what was a redundant plotline with the Blue-eyed widow. This plotline can now be restored, since at the time we were getting off track, and I wanted the players to focus. It will be classed as an optional investigation.

AKA Sidequest.

Blue-eyed Widow?

What the Magisters called the Lady Drexler (we think), got blue eyes and compared to a spider in a web, watching everything that happens in the Hive. Reynard, Restal and Nicios met her before.

If the Chaos cults erupting around the Hive are based in criminal enterprises (like Tarkan Pirentus' group) then there is a good chance Drexler is also involved? When we met her, she also had picter footage from the Sanctum. If the Golem controls all the picters, then she is presumably involved with it too?

Edit: going back and re-reading that bit, the path to 'Drexler's office was cut off from all picters and technological networks. She didn't let us bring anything electrical in. That all seemed a reasonable security protocol at the time, but looking back it might mean that she knew something about the Golem and wasn't working with it? So maybe she's a potential ally?

To Quote Captain Reynolds “It’s a Trap!”

Well, it went sideways...

I also have to admit some failure of memory here. Blue-eyed Widow?

My debut album. It's in all the bargain bins.

She did however make use of Servo Skulls and Bardas has seen them corrupted.

Ally, maybe.

Yet.

Very wise.

Part of my personal philosophy.

The second half of which goes:

"We merely have the same enemies."

Alright gents, we're coming to the end of Act 1.

If anyone has any further queries for the NPC's you have access to (Haldane, Locke, Drake), please go ahead and make them.

Once we wrap, we're going to break.

Don't mention the Scottish Play!

That will wrap in Act 1. We'll tidy everything off.

I would humbly like to petition our glorious GM that the next game be Rogue Trader, having a ship sounds interesting.

I don't think I've even seen a RT game, let alone one run in here.

Let's get this sucker finished first before I have to take a doctorate in spreadsheets, quantum mechanics and future economics, eh?

Ha, first thing I did when I got the RT book was try to work out what kind of ship Reynard would pick!

(Came up with a Tempest class Frigate with extra Perception, Manoeuvrability and the Wolf in Sheep's Clothing history!!! Would also name it "The Lamb" both in reference to the history and because Reynard is often on it - 'on the lam', get it? :biggrin:)
