What if gravis ignored PF debuff?

Lots of units would benefit from a buff like this one… surely a unit such as Reivers are more needing.

Possibly true. I suspect people are clamouring more for Aggressors because they have been good in the past and have also been available cheaply (ETB version). Lots of people have them and wouldlike to make better use of them. Reivers have always been poor so few people ever bothered picking them up.

Sure lots of units would benefit but it kinda makes sense in the lore, and would make an ok unit more likely to get picked.
