I've been working on lots of other project but felt it was time to get back to some Night Lords and to update this thread. Next up is a squad of Chosen. I wanted these guys to look like mini characters so I tried mixing up the different armor types and load outs to add more individualleity. 

 

I've always thought that there are not enough bionics among space marine veterans if you consider how many battlefields they would have experienced. So I wanted the claw leader to be a survivor and menacing bastard. No matter the injuries sustained he has managed to survive. 

 

 

Chainglaives are cool but sometimes you just want a good old classic sword master. I imagine him being a silent killer. Mocking his opponents without saying a word. 

 

This guy is a brawler. Always found where the fighting is thickest. Bashing loyalist left and right while laughing. Im surprised how well the old forgeworld Night Lords torso goes with the Tortugabay legs. 



For the banner bearer I wanted someone who looked like a big brute. I think the MK5 armor gives off the right vibe. 

 

I struggled with a pose I liked for this guy. I had tried some running legs but it came off as goofy. So settled on a pose that might come off as if he was stalking or waiting to attack.

Wow, these guys are fantastic, each one really tells a story. I think the sword master is my favourite.
