Apologies in advance for the trouble you may be having. Providing as much information as possible will help speed that along for triage of your Bug Report. At a minimum, list the following:

1. Describe the problem as specifically as you can.

Example:   The FloopNitz converter seems broken.  I visited the site yesterday and all of the Nitz were Flooping, but today I tried to Floop a new Nitz and all I saw was BazParts.

2. List the steps that reproduce the bug, if possible.

Example:

1. Go to the site and select option "Floop"
2. Choose the "FloopNitz" button
3. Witness the BazParts are displayed.

3. List the expected behavior (not all of the features are clear so your knowledge of what is expected helps debug the problem)

Example:

1. Go to the site and select option "Floop"
2. Choose the "FloopNitz" button.
3. Witness the display of "Nitz" in Floop configuration.

If there are media files involved (pictures, etc.) we might ask you for them.  Don't attach them right away, but have them to send if requested to do so.
