Are all of these models what you already own? Only asking because I want to give suggestions based off of what you already have. I don't want to pressure anyone to buy stuff that they don't have or push people to go outside their budget.

The only conversions I'll have to do are pyros and the termie praetor. And add some shields and hammers

Looks good to me. Only main thing I would consider is replacing the heavy flamer on the contemptor with a meltagun, get rid of the multimelta on the spartan, and replace some powerfists in the terminator squad with chainfists and/or thunder hammers. Might be worth it to also get rid of the elder drake mantle. I personally think it’s a tad expensive for what it does. If the champion is with him, he’ll be taking all of the challenges anyways, keeping the praetor safe to slap around regular infantry.
