Imperial Reivers with new colours!

I thought it was about time to get my Imperial Reivers back on the painting table (it's been a while!), and with the release of the newer contract paints, the new Leviathan Purple looked right up my street! 

So, a little test figure is in order, and I think it looks quite nifty. 

 

Two layers of Leviathan Purple, a highlight of Ahriman Blue, then a glaze of Terradon Turquiose. I'll add another fine hightlight after this, but not sure quite what yet (a blue/green to match Ahriman Blue). Orange shoulder pads are standard, because my original scheme (liche purple and blazing orange) was first started back in the late 90's before the company trim colours was a big thing, and I'm sticking to it! 

 

I'm not keen on the red eye lenses, so will need to change that to maybe green or blue. Probably light blue. More to follow (at some point!)
