• Hi there. I'm trying to make a Deathwing themed list. I have my doubts about the options of the veteran squad and their dedicated transport and the choice of a second Proteus. What do you think ?

Of course all the entries are Deathwing except the contemptor which I hesitate to put in Ravenwing to gain movement. The preator with the deathwing companions in a proteus, the cataphractii (troop line1) in the spartan, the centurion joins the cenobium knights and goes to the second proteus.
The apothecary joins the veterans (troop line 2).

It could be worth finding the points to upgrade the Paetor's terranic greatblade to a paragon blade for a little more AP2 in melee without having to rely on rolling 5+. You have a lot of high Ld veteran stat line units, I recommend Seneschal of the Keys instead of Marshal of the Crown. You still get an extra Assault phase reaction, but instead of +1 Ld, you can turn your army's big charge turn into a nightmare. Your units would be hitting almost anything on a 2+ (except the Dreadnought and Assault Squad sergeants), and getting hit on 5+.

Yes good idea in order to manage the 2+, I should be able to find the necessary points.
For senechal of the key the gain is indeed more "impactful", on the other hand it seemed to me that it only worked with the squad joined by the warlord.
