Asking for feedback for my emperors children.

Just playing Maru skara for the extra movement

The Champion will go with the palatines to hunt down some impoetant targets and the Master of Signals will chill with the kakophoni to buff their shooting and transfer their leadership.

The apothecary will help out the kakophoni to stay alive.

Kinda feel like that List might be too elite and i dont play enough modells

Hmm...

The first thing I noticed was that having the MoS with the kokophani is a waste IMO  as they are fearless and high LD naturally.

Id spend the saved points on more Palatine blades or sunkillers.

What about a Herald?

That Ullanor Triumph banner from the transfer sheet looks sick.

Which unit do you think would benefit most from it?

I don't see anything that it would be worth joining? Lucius would essentially be fearless if locked in combat . The praetor with the Phoenix termies has a LD10 already. Basically, they are best used in a squad to make them line and fearless, so I usually put it in my terminators.

Big Fan of all the equipment the MoS brings to the kakophoni and love the ability to transfer the kakophonis leadership of 10 to other units, but some more palatines do Sound nice, 5 man always feels quite small

A few things:

why do you take a spartan? As far as i can tell you should be well off with a LR and saveyourself tons of points.

the consul is marked as the WL with a WL trait. Is that intentional? Is lucius able to take a retinue when he is not the WL?

kakophonie doesnt really need a MoS. They cant get up to BS 6, so they dont benefit very much from his boost.

either put them MoS into the Sunkillers or ditch him.

The palatine blades need some more bodies if you are only taking axes: only five guys will get killed quite fast. Especially since the champion has to accept challenges and any enemie characters can  murder them with DS 2 before them hitting anything.

edit: what is in your maru skara outflank?

I took a spartan because my playgroup runs lots of lascanons, so i thought i go with spartan with flareshields, could definitely save lots of pounts there, true.

Chose the centurion as WL because im not that big of a fan of lucius trait, about the retinue, didnt really think of that, good question, battlescribe doesnt mark it as wrong.

About the MoS, kakophoni are BS4 and sunkillers are BS5, so i better keep it as it is, i guess.

Some more palatines might ve nice, very true, might actually swap the spartan for a proteus.

About the maru skara, i read that you can just outflank nothing and just keep the +1 movement, kinda went with that, felt like a no brainer, since i wanted a champion anyway, thinking about outflanking the palatines though.

 For proof reading:

Up to four units selected as Elites, Troops or Fast Attack choices in a Detachment with this Rite of War and that do not include any models with the Heavy, Slow or Bombard Unit Sub-type may be granted the Outflank special rule at the start of the battle, before any models are deployed.
• All of the controlling player’s units made up entirely of models with the Legiones Astartes (Emperor’s Children) special rule that are part of a Detachment using this Rite of War and deployed on the battlefield at the start of the battle may add +1 to their Movement Characteristic until the start of any turn on which the controlling player chooses to bring any of their own units into play from Reserves, including those deployed as part of a Deep Strike Assault, Flanking Assault or Subterranean Assault.
