Well yes

The removal of AoC I just realized makes a lot of our weapons sooo much better.

my autocannon love and leaning into multilasers i feel will now really pay off against marines.

Also against marines the malleus launcher now out shines the bombast even more.

Well yes, but:ermm:

Lets not get carried away:laugh:

They are still are horrifically overcosted:sad:

and lack any keywords to make them useful, like infantry or core:yes:

Yeah they are overcosted, but that only really matters if you’re trying to min/max for a tournament.

if you’re just trying to play and have a fun game theyre not that over costed.

how do you know the translations were wrong exactly?

but people have reported that in other languages it says one of each special weapon.

It looks like you've said that, isn't it? ;)

Standard Battlecannons on my tanks are something I'm looking at again. Same S8, 3D as the overcharged Executioner, but trades the AP4 for no getting hot and should be able to act without extra support more consistently. And AP2 is a lot less feels bad again.

Forgot something

AP-1 and AP-2 weapons will have some more play again, which is nice.

The Punisher for example goes from killing 1.48 marines to 2.22 marines. Obviously it's not suppose to excel against those targets, but it does make the Punisher a bit more viable and well rounded compared to before. To put it a different way the Punisher is about as effective as a Battle Tank against MEQ's now.

Heavy bolters are fairly viable again. 3 heavy bolters on a Russ will kill 1 marine on average, basically paying for themselves in a single turn. 15 points for 3 HB compared to 18 for a Tactical or Intercessor Marine. Which isn't too bad.

Gatling Taurox Prime is better. It goes from 0.67 marines to 1 on average. If you add on the HSVG's you get another 0.67 to 1.33 dead marines depending on RF range. So best case scenario you're killing 2.33 MEQ's if you're within 12 inch.

Looks like gatling-volley-stormbolter Taurox Prime got viable again. Good, because i would not like to reassemble them

Statistically krak missile Prime kills the same amount of MEQ's, but it's a trade-off. Gatling will do more against anything weaker than a MEQ. Krak will do more against anything better than a MEQ. Gatling is also less swingy due to volume as well.

For 105 points, I wouldn't bother with a storm bolter these days, you have to kill 6 marines to make your points back. Which will take about 2.5 turns to do.

Well it is still an IFV whose main role is to support infantry, not be DA KILLMASTER on its' own.
