Wanted to make a list with Fulgrim 

The man himself will go with Phoenix termies in the spartan, the champion goes with the palatines, the apothecary will join the kakophoni

For the hidden blade, the sky hunter squadron will outflank, what do you think, anything youd change?

I'm not saying I'd change anything, but it's not how I would have built it.

 

Personally I don't like the Palatine Aquilae squad as all axes, I'd want to mix some non strikes last weapons in their as well - but that's probably personal preference. Also the despoiler squad, I'd be willing to drop one of the Sunkillers to get the three melee weapon upgrades from the one in five allowance. I'm also not convinced by Plasma cannon jetbikes and would run the Volkite myself, but that's a theoryhammer position.

Reasonable, im still testing with the palatines, so not sure how exactly i will run them, making the despoiler squad better sound like an good idea actually, thought about maybe dropping the thunderhammer on the champion, that things mad expansive at 30pts, that would leave some points for the despoilers too, also volkite is an interesting idea, have to look into that, that would also spare about 15 points, i think

To echo @Cleon, I think you have the bones of a great list here, with just a few wargear tweaks to get it working at full potential.

I agree that I don't think you necessarily need the Thunder Hammer on your champion - one of the great things about the champion is how cheap he is in getting a Paragon Blade for free. 

For additions, I'd consider adding Artificer Armor to your Apothecary and the power weapon options into your despoilers. Last up would be the heavy weapons on your bikes - plasma cannons are just small blast now. Volkite is great, but I'd also consider the multi-meltas for an outflanking squad via Maru Skara. When it comes to game time I could also see value in outflanking one of your troop units to park them on a backfield objective.

Yeah, the thunderhammer must go, love the interaction that both are specialist weapons so paragon or the hammer get +1 attack, but 30pts kinda hurt, that might just aswell be multimelter for the bikes, 3 power weapons for the despoiler and i could drop a sunkiller for artificer armor for the despoiler, got 30 points left, do you think giving sonic lances to the palatines might be worth it? great for overwatch, if something goes wrong, in my opinion

For me the Palatines are Sonic Shriekers or no upgrade - that -1 to be hit in melee is worth more from where I'm looking than the sonic lances multi str 2 template that could let them remove models to block your charge or trigger a reaction. The sonic lances will be great if you get close to a packed unit for a close charge, but when you have a few models on the edge of range at 5-8 inches it's a serious question if you want to use it.

Sonic shriekers are a auto include for me, but the champion already got that upgrade and joins them

Totally agree with the other points, but where they really shine is overwatch, if the palatines fail their charge or get charged by another fast moving unit. SInce they are template weapons they do 10d3 auto hits, wall of death, then they are pretty sweet, can also pin the charger.

But that is kinda situational, so im not sure, dont really know where to put the last points though
