He is a major player in the newest Dan Abnett Trilogy ( Pariah and Penitent so far).

Abnett mentioned that he has been given the ok to do some major stuff lore wise, and the second book strongly suggests its Constantine Valdor. Otherwise he is your classic totally unseen till now enemy who uses new crazy powers ( enuchia) and has a large and powerful force/base that was totally hiden for 1000s years. Likely to be retrofitted into several key events/narratives.

It’s confirmed that the king is valdor, but they say his name is millions of characters long filling an entire notebook, so I wonder if there’s more to his name then.

 Many Custodes have incredibly long full names. It’s because they earn deed names that get added over time. Constantin’s name being so long now is a way to emphasize that he’s been active for 10k plus years, I believe.
