Definitely looks quite Drukhari/Chaos of the two 40k factions. Urien Rakarth is still in Finecast and could be a prime candidate for a plastic update with a new Codex

I suspect Flesh Eater Courts honestly. Both CSM and Drukhari are a bit out in terms of the roadmap, whereas FEC is one of the few factions without an update and I think they might get a refresh of some sort this year. Which is bad news for my wallet, between 40k Beastmen and new Seraphon

Drukhari sounds like a solid guess to me. I suspect we'll see a sizeable range refresh for them to clear out the finecast range.

 

Could be FEC for Sigmar, as sitnam mentioned though. Hard to tell until we see it.

Stitched skin is prevailant in so many factions across both games, it might be easier to name the factions it won't be

Could be so many things but I'm firmly in the hoping-for-something-Drukhari camp. A revamped Urien Rakath would be great.

To add to the confusion, there's already been a bone reaper model rocking a Cape like that in an Underworlds release a couple of years ago.

Wildcard guess: Custodes, after cutbacks and outsourcing in the uniform budget

A new Weirdboy model would be my guess.

It looks very similar to how a lot of the Kruleboyz leather is stitched, first time I saw it I figured it could be them, especially with the change in colours across all the patches.
