Lysimachus Posted May 13, 2023 Share Posted May 13, 2023 The newer teams usually have a set number of basic Operatives - these guys maybe have either 1 or maybe 2 loadouts to choose from - that can be swapped for the special Operatives. These guys are upgrades over the regular dudes, but have a set loadout. Probably the most freedom is among the Leader/Sgt Operatives, who usually have a few things to choose between, and the Gunner (or Heavy Gunner) type Operatives as you can choose which special or heavy weapon you want to give them.
