I've come up with this as my 'Friday night at the game store' army. I would love to find the points to bring an 8th Suzerain, but short of some major upgrade removal I am not seeing how. If it were me, I would probably use a Lascannon Heavy Support squad instead of the two Predators for the Master of Signal to hang out with. Maybe even Volkite on the heavy support, you already have a lot of melta and some lascannons from the dreadnoughts and speeders for busting tanks.
