Grey Knight Terminators please.

I'm torn on this; the Grey Knight range is definitely undersized compared to modern Marines but the kits are otherwise really, really good in terms of the sheer amount of stuff they have and how much variety is possible from it.

Red-Warden Miniatures made a rather excellent set of upscaled legs for both power armoured and Terminator armoured Grey Knights, which do a surprisingly good job of making them look more the part actually, though they do of course require access to a printer, and tragically they got bonked so finding the files might be tricky, though not impossible.

I think the Grey Knight wrist mounted bolters looks really silly because they are so massive.

I think their entire range needs and update, refresh and re-design. They only have 3 or 4 kits, technically, and those can build different squads. It wouldn't be too hard to GW to update the entire range.

They're a tiny bit large (especially on the plastic ones, the metal ones were a bit more compact) but they're not horrendous, and simply reproportioning the existing design to the modern scale and slightly downsizing the storm bolters would pretty much solve that entirely. There's no need to completely redesign the actual look of the Grey Knights- they're iconic for a reason. If you want to add some new-looking stuff then give them some new units; a Grey Knight flavoured Predator variant maybe?

Plus, you know, it's 40K. Realistically sized weapons are tech-heresy.

ive been working on a fair few dark eldar kits atm and honestly most dont need replacing they just need a slight update.

Hellions - could use some better heads - reboxing into unit of 10

Scourges - Rebox to 10

ravager/raider - New sprue with Wrack crew on it imo

Kabalites - honestly either rebox so they are 10 with a raider or rebox into units of 20 and move to 28.5mm bases.

havent built any wyches yet.

A new Defiler would be very welcome. The base design is great, the kit itself however is REALLY showing its age.

I'm a bit half and half on wanting new Chaos Rhino-chassis vehicles though; a new add-on sprue bundled in with the existing kit would be nice, but the base Rhino kit itself is basically perfect for what it is, especially considering its age. Also I actually wouldn't want a dedicated Chaos Rhino kit with "baked in" Chaos corruption, unless it was released alongside a refreshed Loyalist Rhino (with Primaris finally being allowed to ride in it).

I get what you mean. Having every Chaos Rhino having the same mutations would be pretty bad, especially with legions that would have minimal corruption. You'd need loads of modular panels at that point, which would make a basic transport way more expensive than people would probably be willing to pay. I'm not sure what more to ask for other than a better accessory sprue? It's not something I'd really thought about before.

Surpressors do need an update kit, like a whole lot. While I never really actively disliked them, as some do, with how Inceptors look and how Jump pack intercessors look, there's no way the surpressors backpack is convincing as something that does the same thing.

Desolation squad too please. I've tried to like them, I really have. but...

They are bad.

I've never seen them used in a game.

I thought about buying some, just to be different. But the guy at the shop talked me out of spending money.

What new defiler really needs is all weapon options, ball-jointed head, fully posable legs, claws and close combat weapon arms

Their legs and claws are pretty posable now, but agreed on everything else. Also a base since apparently they need those now.
