Update on my eldar vow. Not sure my gamble on the rangers has really paid out, but pretty pleased with how the voidscarred are turning out

I was convinced that there will not be any kind of third vow from my part in the Xenos Stronghold. Until I found these squatish bikers:

So the next step is logical: I, Bouargh, heed the Call to Arms and pledge a inesperated third vow for this ooP Squat Guild Trike for a total of 2 pts for the Glory of the Leagues of Votann and Xenos Stronghold on or before 30th September 2023, or bear the badge of failure until years end. .

 

@Grotsmasha: I hope it will be OK as a proxy for Hernkyn Pionner.

 

Here we go now. I have burnt my last bridge, I only hope no more xenos will emerge from my pile of shame...

I should have aligned this model in the 2 hours painting challenge too. As expected a quick painting session has been enough to complete base and trike in a little less than 2:00:

 

 

Therefore, my 3rd and last vow for the Xenos Stronghold is now complete:  + 2 pts for Leagues of Votann.

 

Now I can only encourage all my fellows aliens to keep on painting and harvesting points. We would not wish the Chaos Stronghold do do better than us, wouldn´t we?

So much fantastic work being completed in here, that purple is popping Mad_djg!

 

I'm getting through my vow, I've gotten through most of the tedious bits and am getting into the more interesting units now. My Dark Eldar are totally done and am a good chunk through the Eldar part:

 

I'm most of the way through 5 Wraithblades and a Wraithlord and 10 Corsairs. I've still got to do 10 Wraithguard, 9 Bikes, 2 Shining Spears and a smattering of characters. Not much, right?

Slowly but surely, I'm getting there. The Corsairs, Spears and all the Wraiths are done for my Vow now. All I've got left to do is 2 Weapons platforms, 3 Warlocks, 2 Farseers, Prince Yriel, Yvraine (all of these are mostly done) and Also the Yncarne. All things going to plan, I should have these all done for the end of the week

I'm getting closer with my Kommandos. I should have got them done by the end of August but they are so detailed and there has been a lot of back-and-forth correcting mistakes. A couple of short breaks away didn't help! Back on it now and hope to have them fully assembled for last highlights very soon.
