A range refresh anytime soon is unlikely, as Space Wolves don't even appear on the roadmap that goes up to roughly May time. A lot of the Space Wolves units are pretty good this edition iirc, so lots of folks might be buying them. Temporary out of stock isn't reliable for predicting kits being replaced. The only anecdote on that I've seen is that sometimes a kit is out of stock for a really long time, in which case it can show up in a battle box of some kind later.
